Do you offer a fixed package price?
No. The quotation depends on your travel dates, group size, room requirements, available accommodation, and selected tours.
Can we choose the accommodation?
Yes. We will show you an available option that matches the information you provide. You can review the accommodation before confirming the package.
Is a down payment required?
A 50% down payment is required to secure the accommodation, transfers, tours, and other package services. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival or before the first scheduled tour.
Can we adjust the itinerary?
Yes. You can request changes before confirming. Rescheduling after confirmation remains subject to accommodation, transportation, and tour availability.
What happens if a sea tour is suspended?
If the Coast Guard suspends sea travel, the affected tour will need to be rescheduled. Our team will explain the available options based on conditions and availability.
