How do I book?
The easiest way is WhatsApp — message us the tour, date and group size, and we’ll confirm on the spot.
Do I need to pay in advance?
— deposit amount and payment methods (GCash / bank transfer / other), and when the balance is due.
What’s your cancellation policy?
— exact rules: free-reschedule window, deposit refund vs credit, weather-cancellation policy.
On the day
What should I bring?
- Swimsuit and quick-dry clothing
- Reef-safe sunblock
- A dry bag if you have one
- Sunglasses, a hat, a towel
- Cash for optional extras
Where do we meet?
Meeting points vary by tour. We send a WhatsApp pin the evening before with the exact spot and pickup time.
Do you provide food and water?
Bottled water is included on all tours. Lunch is included on island-hopping tours (typically a boodle-fight lunch) and on some land tours (plated lunch). — please confirm which tours include what.
Weather and safety
What if it rains?
A little rain rarely stops the boats — Siargao’s weather changes fast. If we judge the sea unsafe, we reschedule at no cost.
Are the tours safe for kids and non-swimmers?
Life vests are provided for everyone. All our guides are DOT-accredited and adjust the pace when there are little ones or nervous swimmers on board.

When’s the best time to visit?
Dry season (Feb–May): best weather, calmest seas, busiest. Green season (Jun–Nov): fewer crowds, surfing at its peak, occasional storms. Cool/transitional (Dec–Jan): mixed weather, quieter.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend it — even for a short trip.
