Liability

Adventure travel carries inherent risk. We provide life vests, follow DOT and coastguard guidance, and only operate in safe conditions. Guests take part at their own risk; we strongly recommend travel insurance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
